The villa was designed by one of the most renowned architects of his time and was designed to stand strong winds caused by hurricanes and has its own generator allowing you to still have power in case of a hurricane related power shut down.
As you enter the property you will be amazed by the large lush garden, the roofed parking area, and not to mention the breathtaking view.
Enter the main house where you will find a large living room with large sliding doors, a recently renovated kitchen complete with brand new appliances and an outside terrace where one can have a cup of coffee while enjoying the view of the turquoise waters below. Downstairs one will find three beautifully decorated air conditioned bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Happy Ridge consists not only of the main house but also two studio apartments each with its own newly installed kitchens, air conditioning and offering a different angle of the amazing hill top view.
The complete villa can accommodate up to 10 persons comfortably.
The villa is near Phillipsburg, St. Maarten's Dutch side capital and is within walking distance from the shops on Front Street and the beach.
